Libby's long career in real estate began after graduating from Augustana College in 2005. With her Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing and minor in Communications and Music, she dove headfirst into Chicago's active real estate scene. Although she loved Chicago for its vibrancy and architecture, she decided to make the move to Nashville in 2007 to get closer to her southern roots. Her keen real estate instinct told her that the city was taking off and was a smart place to build her business. Little did she know how right her instincts would be as Nashville has proven itself to be the "it" city time and time again ever since.

Libby is an expert in the home buying and selling world regarding pricing strategy, marketing presentation, negotiation, and delivering results. Nurturing in nature and a firm believer that knowledge is power, she has a heart for guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process. She takes pride in offering an educational approach to her clients. These passions have created a strong referral-based and repeat business model that has garnered loyal clients who turn to her for counsel both locally and across the nation. Knowing she had more to give, Libby created the LB Group in 2021. Having a heart for mentoring and a passion to ensure the Realtor community in Nashville retained a high level of excellence, she brought in agents she could personally educate, train, and guide. Each member of The LB Group commits themselves to be an expert in their field, providing exemplary service and extraordinary results. Specializing in sellers, buyers, new construction, investors, developers, land acquisition, custom building, luxury homes, and relocation. The LB Group can support it all.

In her free time, Libby is an avid traveler with her husband, Ben, and two little ones. She is an active participant in her childrens' school and extracurricular activities. Libby also enjoys serving on and chairing committees with The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and supporting Homes 4 Homes. She is a lover of songwriting, theater, dance, reading, and interior design.
