My job as a Realtor^® is to intentionally learn about my clients, to understand what they are looking for in a home, and then go out and find it. I don't just sell houses, I help individuals and families further their goals and their dreams!

Libby's career in real estate began in 2005 in the bustling Chicago market, but her southern roots called her to Nashville in 2007. With a keen eye for potential, she sensed Nashville's rise and built her business there. Her intuition proved golden, as Nashville has become a booming city we all know and love.

Libby is a master of the Nashville real estate game – from pricing strategies and marketing to negotiation and achieving results. Her nurturing spirit and belief in knowledge empowerment drive her passion for guiding clients through the process. She prioritizes education, creating a loyal client base that seeks her counsel locally and nationally.

Life Beyond Real Estate:

When not guiding clients to their dream homes, Libby enjoys traveling with her husband, Ben, and their two children. She actively participates in their school and extracurricular activities. Beyond family, Libby gives back through leadership roles in The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and by supporting Homes 4 Homes. Rounding out her diverse interests, she writes poetry, loves being involved in the arts, reading, and interior design.
