Spring Hill, Tennessee, located just south of Nashville, is one of the fastest growing cities in the state. This area offers a mix of old and new with expanding subdivisions, neighboring historic properties and civil war battlefields.

Spring Hill is spread over both Maury and Williamson counties, offering some of the best schools in the state. While visiting Spring Hill you will find beautiful countryside views and friendly neighbors. If you are thinking of moving to Spring Hill, you better buckle up! The city has big plans to grow. It is only 30 miles from booming downtown Nashville. Many businesses have been popping up all over Spring Hill which prompted an expansive residential growth to the area about ten years ago. This is no surprise since there is ample space for development and housing.

Spring Hill has been recognized as the 4th fastest growing city in the state of Tennessee by the U.S. Census Bureau. Part of its growth is due to a comprehensive plan the Spring Hill Board Mayor approved called “Spring Hill Rising: 2040”. This plan outlines the city’s long-term development vision and ways to accomplish that. The city created a new zoning code to implement this innovative plan and the growth hasn’t shown a single sign of stopping since.
