Live Better in Edgehill

The perfect neighborhood for music business professionals, artists, and students, Edgehill’s main intersection is where Edgehill Avenue and Villa Place meet. Villa Place runs parallel to Music Row and perpendicular to Belmont University. Surrounded by beautiful single-family homes Edgehill Village gives neighborhood residents access to adorable shops and tasty restaurants, just a quick scenic walk down the street. This neighborhood also provides easy access to the nightlife along Demonbreun and is also very close to the happenings in Midtown, 12South, Melrose, The Gulch, and Downtown. Near Interstate 65, access out of the city is a breeze too.

The polar bear statues were first intended to advertise Polar Bear Frozen Custard shops in the ’30s, standing just outside the Mattei Plaster Relief Ornamental Company, which made various figurines. Curious about the Polar Bears? Follow this link

The LB Group Recommends

A city favorite of many of LBG’s team members, Bella Napoli has the most authentic Neopolitan pizza you can get outside of Italy! A lovely wine selection and divine pasta dishes, not only the food makes this dining experience delicious. The setting with the Italian street feel and the lighting can create a romantic ambiance to elevate any date.

Old Glory – once a boiler room for a steam cleaning facility, this now transformed bar/lounge features an extensive list of liqueurs, bourbons, and whiskies. In true speakeasy fashion, you won’t see a sign here but look for the door around the corridor from Bella Napoli with the golden triangle.

Filled with an airy ambiance, Barcelona overflows with an abundance of natural light and plant life. Barcelona’s wine bar and tapas restaurant is a fun and casual place to relax and enjoy the small plate tapas and extensive drink options! Sister restaurant to the beloved Bartaco, these restaurants have been such wonderful additions to Nashville’s restaurant scene.

Honorable mentions: Jack Brown’s Beer and Burger Joint – Happy Hour, Egghill for breakfast, and No Baked Cookie Dough for a treat.
