Located just off West End Avenue, Cherokee Park includes about 300 homes built between 1920 and 1950 with architectural styles including Tudor, Colonial Revival, and stone cottages. Neighborhood developers included some beautiful curving streets, a non-traditional street style at the formation of the neighborhood. Also, many of the houses were originally constructed as duplexes, with most now converted for single-family use.
This historic and stunning neighborhood may be completely residential but it also boasts excellent access to amenities in many other bustling Nashville areas including Sylvan Park’s restaurants and shops, all within a mile! It is also a short #uber ride to Downtown, Hillsboro, Belmont, and West End.

Cherokee is very close to one of our favorite summer events: Movies In The Park! Enjoy a movie at Elmington Park every Thursday night in June. This event is free and the movies start at sundown. They also have food trucks vendors, games, and giveaways so get there early and have some fun!
Also right down the road is McCabe Golfcourse which is a 27-hole golf course and practice facility. Voted the best place to play by the Nashville Scene magazine in 2014
The Greenway, in our humble opinion, is one of the best of the parts of Nashville, and the Richland Creek access point is a short drive from this neighborhood.
The median sales price for a single-family home is 1,010,000 with an average of 2,516 square feet.
